*In accordance with our licensing, we reserve the right to card any individual who appears to be under 21 years of age or refuse service to any individual who has appeared to have had too much to drink.  Pepper Moon bartenders have gone through RASP training in 2010.  RASP = Responsible Alcohol Seller Program, provided through the State of North Carolina Alcohol Beverage Control Commission.
